Důvody tohoto hodnocení naprosto nechápeme. Na náš dotaz při odjezdu host vyjádřil s ubytováním naprostou spokojenost vyjma pomalého připojení k internetu. Jsme přesvědčeni, že vše bylo v kvalitě našeho standardu - viz. recenze ostatních hostů.
Mrzí nás, že takto lehkovážným přístupem k hodnocení kvality ubytování, host naše zařízení poškodil.

  • personál ochotný se domluvit, možnost dětské postýlky i přistýlky, zabezpečené schody proti pádu dětí

  • fotka na webu neodpovídá hlavnímu vjezdu do hotelu, takže hledání bylo celkem obtížné. Do navigace nešlo zadat číslo popisné a cestou jsme nenašli žádné ukazatele. Až jsme konečně stáli před branou, tak byl malou zelenou, téměř nečitelnou tabulkou hotel označen. Po zlepšení tohoto už to bude dokonalé

  • Vybydlené, předražené. Objednaný pokoj s manželskou postelí byl obsazen ... Nemožnost parkování na dvoře, nebylo možné se s nikým domluvit, telefon nebrali...
